  • Service providers/contractors (payment, scheduling/contact center, financing you opt into, analytics, security).
  • Publicly available sources (e.g., business contact info).

4) Disclosures to service providers & contractors

We disclose personal information to vetted service providers/contractors under written agreements limiting use to our business purposes and requiring reasonable security (e.g., hosting, analytics, contact center/call recording, payment processing, field service software, financing partners you request).

5) Sale/Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising

We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined by California law.
If that changes, we will (1) update this Policy and our Notice at Collection, (2) add a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our homepage(s), and (3) honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If we use Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) beyond permitted purposes, we will also provide a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” link.

6) Your privacy choices & rights (California)

California residents have the right to:

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected in the past 12 months, including sources, purposes, and disclosures.
  • Delete personal information (subject to legal/business exceptions).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt-out of sale/sharing of personal information (if applicable).
  • Limit use/disclosure of SPI to permitted purposes (if we use SPI beyond those purposes).
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Submit a request via email [email protected], call 619-456-9997, or write to 14402 Bond Court, El Cajon CA 92021. We will verify your identity (matching certain data points) and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days where reasonably necessary with notice). You may designate an authorized agent (we may require proof of authorization and your verification).

Global Privacy Control (GPC) / Opt-Out Preference Signals

If we were to sell/share personal information, we would treat browser/device GPC signals as a valid request to opt out for that browser/device and, where feasible, for your known account.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not sell/share personal information of consumers under 16; if that ever changed, we would require opt-in (ages 13–15) or parental consent (<13).

7) Cookies, analytics, and “Do Not Track”

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site and understand usage. Legacy browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals aren’t widely honored; we do not respond to DNT. If we ever sell/share personal information, we will honor GPC signals as described above.

8) Security and incident notification

We implement reasonable security appropriate to the nature of the information. If a data breach occurs, we will provide legally required notices describing what happened and steps you can take.

9) Financial incentives

We do not offer programs that constitute a “financial incentive” for personal information. If we ever do (e.g., loyalty/referral programs), we will provide a standalone Notice of Financial Incentive describing material terms, how value is calculated, and how to opt in/out.

10) California “Shine the Light”

California residents may request (once per year) a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing in the prior calendar year and the names of those third parties. We do not disclose personal information for others’ direct marketing. If this changes, you can request details by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “California Shine the Light Request.”

11) Workforce & applicant privacy (California)

This Policy applies to California applicants and personnel data we collect/handle (e.g., recruiting, payroll/benefits, compliance, safety). Workers may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights using the methods above; some requests may be limited by employment, tax, and recordkeeping laws.

12) Third-party sites & services

Our site may link to third-party sites/services (e.g., financing partners, scheduling, maps). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

13) Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. We will post updates with a new “Effective date” and, where material, provide more prominent notice consistent with California law.
